考虑故障工况的悬吊单轨动态包络线计算方法

摘要:针对悬吊式单轨车辆结构特点,详细分析了悬吊结构对车辆姿态的影响,推导出悬吊车辆柔度系数和车体侧滚缩减系数,适用于各种一系、二系悬挂和悬吊铰接结构。根据车辆动态包络线计算原则和悬吊结构特点,考虑侧滚中心高、实际侧滚角和重力回复效应,推导出车体动态包络线计算公式。根据UIC 505计算方法,给出了典型悬挂故障工况下的动态包络线计算方法。

Calculation Method of Dynamic Envelope for Suspended Monorail Vehicle Considering Fault Condition

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of the suspension structure on vehicle attitude is analyzed on the basis of the structural characteristics of suspension monorail vehicle. The flexibility coefficient and roll reduction coefficient of suspension vehicles is derived, which are applicable for various primary, secondary suspension, and suspension articulated structures. Furthermore, according to the calculation principle of vehicle dynamic envelope and the characteristics of suspension structure, the calculation formula of vehicle dynamic envelope is derived in consideration of the height of roll center, actual roll angle, and gravity recovery force. Finally, on the basis of the UIC505 calculation method, a calculation method of the dynamic envelope under typical suspension fault conditions is proposed.
