摘要:以某换热器为对象,介绍了该换热器的设计过程。根据原设计结果对换热器进行初选,然后利用换热器软件HTRI对该换热器的工艺进行核算及优化,并与传统方法设计的参数进行对比,结果表明HTRI设计的换热面积只有传统设计方法的67%,总传热系数是传统设计方法的5倍。然后,对冷凝器进行了强度计算和在D级使用限制下的抗震分析,确保设备能安全稳定地运行。

Design and Seismic Analysis of a Condenser

Abstract:One condenser is studied in this paper and introduce the design of the heat exchanger. Based on the results of the original design, heat exchanger primaries is performed. Process rating and optimization of condenser is carried out by HTRI software, and the results is compared with original design parameters. The design result show that heat transfer area of HTRI design is 67% of traditional design method. Overall heat transfer coefficient is 5 times that of traditional design methods. Then strength analysis and seismic analysis is performed to ensure its safe and stable operation.
