射流曝气机内部流动三维数值模拟与关键结构参数分析

摘要:为了探究射流曝气机关键结构对其引射气体性能的影响规律,利用Fluent软件,采用控制变量的方法对不同喉嘴距、喉管长径比以及面积比下的射流曝气机内部流动进行了三维数值模拟,得到了射流曝气机内部压力、流速以及湍动能的仿真结果。通过对比分析可知,喉嘴距、喉管长径比、面积比等都对射流曝气机引射性能有一定的影响。在设计的结构尺寸范围内,当喉嘴距为1.5D、喉管长径比为4、面积比为4.84时引射系数最大,曝气机引射气体性能最好。研究结果可为新型射流曝气机的设计提供理论和实际参考。

Three-dimensional Numerical Simulation of Internal Flow in Jet Aerator and Analysis of Key Structural Parameters

Abstract:To explore the influence of the key structure of the jet aerator on its ejection performance, a series of three-dimensional numerical simulations of the internal flow of jet aerator under different length-to-diameter ratios of throat pipe, nozzle spacing and area ratios are carried out by using Fluent software through control varieties method, and the simulation results of the internal pressure, flow velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of the jet aerator are obtained. And the result of comparative analysis indicates that all of the three variables effect the ejection performance of the jet aerator; within the designed structural size range, the ejection performance is the best when the nozzle-spacing is 1.5D, the length-diameter ratio of throat pipe is 4 and the area ratio is 4.84, which provides theoretical and practical reference for the design of the new jet aerator.
