城市轨道车辆称重与轮重减载试验台研究

摘要:车辆静态轮重和轮重减载率一直以来是铁道车辆运营维护关注的重点,直接关系着车辆动态运营的脱轨安全性与黏着牵引特性。因此,设计了一种针对城市轨道车辆的称重和轮重减载试验台,具备车辆静态称重功能、轮重减载率测试功能、承载轨道功能和防倾覆功能等。为了进一步阐释试验台的可靠性,利用有限元方法对试验台结构焊缝静强度和疲劳强度进行了校核,针对典型地铁车辆验证了试验台称重和轮重减载功能。结果表明,城市轨道车辆称重和轮重减载试验台结构焊缝静强度和疲劳强度,能够满足使用要求。

Research on Test-Bench for Weighing and Wheel Load Reduction of Urban Rail Vehicles

Abstract:Vehicle static wheel weight and wheel load reduction rate, which are directly related to the derailment prevention and the adhesion traction of vehicle dynamic operation, have always been the focus of railway vehicle operation and maintenance. Therefore, this paper designs a test-bench for the weighing and wheel load reduction of urban rail vehicles with the function of static weighing, wheel load reduction rate testing, track-bearing  and anti-overturning. In order to further explain the reliability of the test-bench, the static strength and fatigue strength of the welds the test-bench were checked by finite element method, and the reliability of the weighing and wheel load reduction function of the test-bench were verified on typical Metro vehicles. The results show that the static strength and fatigue strength of the weld seam of the test-bench for weighing and wheel load reduction of urban rail vehicles can meet the requirements of operation.
