空间多层灯具的吊装有限元分析

摘要:以具有细长柔性结构特点的装饰吊灯的安装为研究对象,借助有限元方法设计了吊点与导向点相结合的吊装方案。将Pro/E三维模型导入ANSYS,采用link单元模拟钢丝绳,并建立吊灯骨架的有限元模型,利用非线性分析方法对整个吊灯的位移和应力进行了有限元分析计算。计算结果为吊灯的实际安装提供了数据与技术支持,其成功的安装也表明了计算模型的合理性。因此对于大型柔性吊灯多吊点的安装,有必要进行钢丝绳与吊灯组合的整体有限元模型建立与分析,以获取更接近实际的载荷分配、应力与位移分布。

Finite Element Analysis of Multi-layer Hanging Lamps

Abstract:In this paper, the installation of decorative chandelier with slender flexible structure is taken as the research object, and the hoisting scheme combining lifting point and guiding point is designed by finite element method. The Pro/E 3D model was introduced into ANSYS, the wire rope was simulated by the link unit, and the finite element model of the chandelier skeleton was established. The finite element analysis and calculation of the displacement and stress of the chandelier were carried out by nonlinear analysis method. The calculation results provide data and technical support for the actual installation of the chandelier, and its successful installation also indicates the rationality of the calculation model. Therefore, for the installation of large flexible chandeliers with multiple lifting points, it is necessary to establish and analyze the overall finite element model of the combination of wire rope and chandelier to obtain the load distribution, stress and displacement distribution whicharemuchcloser to the real situation.
