直流电弧等离子体发生器结构设计及其关键技术研究

摘要:本文通过对国内外各类等离子体发生器的分析,结合在等离子体发生器设计领域的最新研究成果,首先对等离子体技术领域的相关基本概念进行了阐述与说明;然后基于相应研究成果,对直流电弧等离子体发生器设计过程中常见的三类关键技术:电弧产生、大尺度分流现象、双弧现象进行了概略性分析;接着基于直流电弧等离子体发生器的发展历程,分析了典型等离子体发生器结构;最后提出直流电弧等离子体发生器的发展趋势。

Study on the Design and Key Technologies of DC Plasma Torches

Abstract:All kinds of plasma torches at home and abroad have been analyzed and the latest research achievements in the field of plasma torch design have been discussed. Firstly, some basic concepts about plasma technology have been discussed and explained firstly. Then, based on the previous researches, some key design technology of DC plasma torch, including generation mechanism of DC plasma arc, large scale shunting phenomenon and double arc phenomenon, were introduced. Sequently, based on the development history, the typical DC plasma torches have been analyzed to get some design suggestions. Lastly, the develop tendency of DC plasma torch would be discussed.
