基于性能驱动的车体概念设计及其系统构建研究

摘要:在传统高速列车设计中,设计师凭经验选择最相似列车对其局部进行改进设计,设计周期较长、设计迭代次数多。根据复杂机械产品性能驱动的特点,将性能指标纳入“需求-功能-结构”这一传统理论体系,构建“需求-功能-性能-结构-参数”(RFPSP)的“五域”设计理论体系。在“车体系统典型性能指标与设计参数的关系分析”的基础上,研究车辆概念设计流程与方法,开发以性能驱动的车体概念设计系统,搭建列车可视化设计工具与平台,为快速实现高速列车方案设计提供技术支撑。最后以车辆限界作为边界条件为例,驱动车体轮廓参数设计,根据振动模态分析,对不同门窗布置、车体结构参数分配等情况进行车辆动力特性分析,从而获取较优的车体布置方案。

Performance-Driven Conceptual Design and System Construction of High-Speed Train Body Structure

Abstract:The traditional high-speed train design has the problems of long design period and too many design iterations. Designers used to improve the design based on the most similar train. According to the performance driven characteristics of complex mechanical product, the performance indicators are incorporated into the traditional theoretical system of "demand -function - structure" to build a new "five domain" design theory of "demand - function - structure - performance - parameters" (RFPSP). Based on the analysis of the relationship between the typical performance index and the design parameters of the body system, the design process and method of vehicle conceptual design are developed. Train visualization design tool and platform is established to provide technical support for rapid realization of high-speed train design. Taking the vehicle gauge as the boundary condition, the design of the contour parameters of the vehicle is proposed. Based on the vibration modal analysis, the layout of different doors and windows, the structure parameters and the vehicle dynamic characteristics are analyzed, thus obtaining the better vehicle body layout scheme.
