客户偏好驱动的产品配置设计过程研究

摘要:为使企业的产品配置结果更好地满足客户个性化、多样化、差异化需求,结合客户满意度理论、产品配置设计等理论方法,从客户偏好特征、产品配置设计过程、客户偏好驱动的产品配置设计求解等三个方面,对客户偏好驱动与企业产品配置设计过程进行系统理论研究。不同于传统的产品配置设计过程,客户偏好驱动的产品配置设计是基于对企业终端客户个性化、多样化、差异化偏好需求信息收集和识别的基础上,通过将客户偏好信息映射到产品设计的功能、外观、形态等设计属性层面,并在此基础上,基于传统产品配置设计求解过程,实现对客户偏好驱动的产品配置设计的求解,实现对对企业终端客户个性化、多样化、差异化偏好需求的满足。研究结果可以为企业更好地满足终端客户的偏好需求、提高企业产品附加值和竞争能力,以及实现客户与企业的双赢等奠定重要的理论支撑。

Research on Product Configuration Design Process Driven by Customer Preference

Abstract: In order to meet customers’ needs of individualization, diversification and differentiation, this paper makes a systematic theoretical research on customer preference and enterprise product configuration design process from three aspects, including customer preference characteristics, product configuration design process and customer preference-driven product configuration design solution, based on customer satisfaction theory, product configuration design methods and so on. Based on the collection and identification of preference information for end-customers, by mapping customer preference information to design attributes such as function, appearance and shape, solutions are provided and preference needs for end-customers are realized. The research results provide an important theoretical support for enterprises to better meet the preference needs of end-customers, improve the added value and competitiveness of enterprise products, and achieve win-win situations between customers and enterprises.
