磁流体密封装置磁场强度有限元仿真分析及研究

摘要:磁流体密封装置中的密封间隙、极齿结构参数、极齿级数等对密封能力均有影响。本文首先分析磁流体密封原理,结合企业所给磁流体密封装置参数建立模型,应用Maxwell分析软件对模型进行分析计算,得出磁流体密封结构中磁场强度及其分布情况。分析讨论磁流体密封结构中极齿结构参数、极齿数量、密封间隙对磁场强度的影响,并总结其中的规律。分析结果表明:一定范围内,磁场强度随着极齿磁极角度数的增加先增大后减小;极齿级数越多,磁场强度越大;密封间隙越大,磁场强度越小。本文提供了使用Maxwell仿真分析软件进行磁场分析计算的参考。

Finite Element Simulation of Magnetic Field Intensity of Magnetic Fluid Seals

Abstract:The sealing gap, pole tooth structure parameter, the series of pole tooth and other factors have influence on sealing capacity. This paper firstly analyzes the principle of magnetic fluid sealing structure. Then a model is built combining the magnetic fluid seals parameter provided by the corporation. The model is analyzed with Maxwell.  In this way we get the intensity and the distribution of magnetic field in magnetic fluid sealing structure. We also discuss the influence of sealing gap, pole tooth structure parameter, the number of pole tooth on the strength of magnetic field and summarize the rules of it. The analysis result indicates, within bounds, that the strength of magnetic field will firstly increase and then decrease by the increasing of pole angle, that the strength of magnetic field will increase by the increasing of the number of pole tooth, and that the strength of magnetic field will decrease by the increasing of sealing gap. This paper provides a reference to simulation analysis of the magnetic field with Maxwell.
