大型游乐设施销轴剪切应力计算与校核方法

摘要:销轴作为游乐设施中关键的零部件,用来承受大型游乐设施因剧烈运动而产生的冲击载荷。为了保证游乐设施可靠的运行,销轴的应力强度计算和校核显得尤为重要。本文根据微元平衡条件、切应力互等原理和三角函数的倍角关系,从第四强度理论又称为畸变能理论,给出了剪切强度的详细推导公式和游乐设施轴安全系数的确定方法,并结合实例计算轴的安全系数。其计算方法可为游乐设施轴的计算分析提供了参考,对提高游乐设施的设计能力和安全性具有十分重要的现实意义。

Power Calculation and Motor Selection of Amusement Drive Mechanism

Abstract:As a key part of amusement facilities, pin shaft is used to bear the impact load caused by the movement of amusement facilities. In order to ensure the reliable operation of amusement facilities, the stress calculation and check of pin shaft are very important. In this paper, based on the micro-element balance condition, shear stress mutual equal theory and the trigonometric function, and from the fourth strength theory, also known as the distortion energy theory, the detailed derivation formula of the shear strength and the method for determining the safety factor of the shaft are given, and the safety factor of the shaft is calculated with an example. The calculation method can provide a reference for the calculation and analysis of the amusement facility shaft, which is of great practical significance for improving the design capability and safety of the amusement facility.
