A型地铁转向架构架强度仿真分析及试验验证

摘要:日渐增多的客流量加大了运营公司的负担,故基于模块化生产的理念针对载客量大、速度快的特点进行A型地铁转向架开发设计。首先介绍了最高速度为120 km/h的A型地铁动车转向架构架的结构特点,然后根据构架强度试验标准UIC 615-4及转向架构架设计要求规范EN 13749,采用正向设计理念,先对构架静强度和疲劳强度进行仿真分析,最后对构架进行静强度和疲劳试验验证。结果表明,构架强度仿真分析和试验结果均满足要求。

Simulation Analysis and Test Verification of Strength of Type A Subway Bogie Frame

Abstract:The increasing passenger flow has increased the burden of the operating company. Therefore, based on the concept of modular production, the development and design of type A subway bogie is carried out according to the characteristics of large passenger load and fast speed. Based on the design of the bogie as the research object, this paper first introduces the maximum speed of 120 km/h of the structure characteristics of type A metro train bogie frame, then according to the structure strength test standard UIC615-4 and EN - 13749 truck frame design requirement specification, using top-down design ideas, to frame for the calculation of the static strength and fatigue strength analysis, the static strength and fatigue test was carried out on the frame. The results show that both the simulation analysis and the test results meet the requirements.
