TPEE与带动板的楔形机构组合式缓冲器能量吸收率研究

摘要:为提高缓冲器的能量吸收率,发明了一种TPEE与带动板的楔形机构组合式缓冲器,根据TPEE元件缓冲器的静压实验获得力和位移关系曲线,应用运动学基本原理,对这种新型缓冲器主要元件的受力、位移、摩擦损耗和作功进行分析,在此基础上给出缓冲器吸收率的计算方法和主要公式,并针对某一应用工况给出算例。结果表明,新型组合式缓冲器的效率和能量吸收率等的计算公式正确,组合式缓冲器能量吸收率比TPEE缓冲器的能量吸收率有明显提高,为这种新型缓冲器的设计制造和应用提供参考。

Energy Absorptivity of Draft Gear Combined Moving Plates with TPEE and Wedge Mechanism

Abstract:A new draft gear combined moving plates with TPEE and wedge mechanism is invented in order to enhance the energy absorptivity of the draft gears. According to the static pressure experiment of TPEE element buffer, the relation curve of force and displacement is obtained. By using kinematics principle, the forces, displacements, friction loses and works of the main elements are analyzed. The calculation method of energy absorptivity and the main formulas of the new draft gear are inferred. The example under a certain work case is given. The correctness of the formulas to calculate energy absorptivity, efficiencies and so on is proved. The results show that the energy absorptivity of the combined draft gear is significantly higher than that of TPEE draft gear. The paper offers a reference to design, manufacture and application of the new draft gear.
