高精度微量螺旋给料的设计研究

摘要:针对光谱分析实验室给料系统的微量和高精度(100±0.3 mg)的特点,提出了利用螺旋叶片截面为圆形的螺旋轴进行微量给料,并根据行业要求和给料效率量化分析了螺旋叶片截面为半圆形的螺旋轴的螺距、螺旋直径。经迭代演算,设计出高精度微量螺旋给料仪。同时通过PLC软件编程,实现了给料系统和称量系统的通讯与控制,并在此基础上实现了高精度给料及其自动化。通过软件自学习控制,极大拓展了本给料系统的使用范围。

Design of High Precision Micro Screw-Feeder

Abstract:According to the spectral analysis of laboratory feeding system and the characteristics of high precision (100±0.3 mg), the paper proposes a special type of screw shaft using circular spiral blade section for screw feeding. According to industry requirements and the feeding efficiency, quantitative analysis of the semicircular spiral blade section and its screw pitch diameter was carried out. After iterative calculation, a high precision micro screw feeder is designed. At the same time, the communication and control of the feeding system and the weighing system are realized through PLC software programming, and the high precision feeding and its automation are also realized. Through self-learning control, the application scope of the feeding system is greatly expanded.
