地铁出入口防淹门设计

摘要:设计了地铁出入口垂直式防淹门,该防淹门主要由机械系统和控制系统组成。防淹门机械系统由闸门、液压启闭设备、锁定装置及密封系统组成,控制系统由水位监视系统、主控制箱、控制手柄、触摸屏、可编程控制器(PLC)以及传感器等控制元件组成。通过仿真软件对防淹门进行了受淹工况下的强度仿真分析,并通过试验验证防淹门的制造质量和技术性能。试验结果表明:垂直式地铁出入口防淹门的结构强度能够满足设计要求,防淹门机械性能良好、控制性能可靠。

Design of Flood Gate at Metro Entrance and Exit

Abstract:As designed, the vertical flood gate of metro entrance and exit mainly consists of mechanical system and control system. The mechanical system of metro flood gate is composed of gate, hydraulic opening and closing equipment, locking device and sealing system. The control system includes water level monitoring system, main control box, control handle, touch screen, PLC, sensors and other control elements. Through the simulation software, the strength simulation analysis of the metro flood gate under flooding condition is carried out. The manufacturing quality and technical performance of the flood gate are verified through the type test. The results of type test show that the structural strength of the vertical metro entrance flood gate can meet the design requirements, and the metro flood gate has good mechanical performance and reliable control performance.
