基于功能技术矩阵和模糊评价的产品模块化设计方法

摘要:目的:为解决多因素制约下的产品模块化设计问题,提高产品设计的系统性和效率性,提出一种基于功能技术矩阵和模糊综合评价的产品模块化设计方法。方法:建立在系统论和功能论的基础上,通过对产品系统进行功能划分,采用功能技术矩阵算法对建立的多准则模块划分模型求解,并运用多层次的模糊综合评价法寻找系统最优解,从而得到一套完整的产品模块化设计方法。结论:将功能技术矩阵和多层次的模糊综合评价应用于厕所节水器的设计案例中,可以增加用户需求分析准确性,扩大设计方案评价层次性,提高产品模块化设计的高效性和系统性。

Product Modular Design Based on Functional Technical Matrix and Fuzzy Evaluation

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of product modular design under the restriction of multiple factors and improve the systematicness and efficiency of product design, a product modular design method based on functional technology matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. On the basis of the system theory and function theory, by dividing the function of the product system, the function technology matrix algorithm is used to solve the multi-criteria module partition model, and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to find the optimal solution of the system, so as to obtain a complete product modular design method. The conclusion shows that the application of functional technology matrix and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the design of toilet water economizer can increase the accuracy of user demand analysis, expand the evaluation level of design scheme, and improve the efficiency and systematicness of product modular design.
