集成QFD/TRIZ/AHP的适老化钢制衣柜设计研究及应用

摘要:为提高钢制材料在老年人家具领域的可发展性以及准确地为老年人在钢制家具产品的互动上提供良好的体验,运用层次分析法(AHP)来确定客户的需求权重,通过功能质量展开法(QFD)发掘出客户的核心需求,从(TRIZ)发明问题解决理论的40条发明原理中,寻找最佳解决方法。在老年人钢制衣柜创新设计流程引入了QFD、AHP和TRIZ相结合的分析方法,主要从用户需求、设计指标决策及解决方案的角度阐述理论的应用方式,形成符合老年人用户需求的钢制衣柜产品,设计过程科学性的进一步提高,可为同类老年人钢制家具产品的创新设计提供有效参考。

Design and Application of Aging-Appropriate Steel Wardrobe Integrated with QFD/TRIZ/AHP

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to improve the developability of steel materials in the field of furniture for aging people and accurately provide a good experience for them in the interaction of steel furniture products. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the weight of customers' demands, and the core needs of customers were discovered by the functional quality expansion method (QFD). The best solution was found from the 40 invention principles of (TRIZ) invention problem solving theory. The innovation design process of steel wardrobe for aging people applied QFD with the combination of AHP and TRIZ analysis method. The paper mainly expounds the application mode of the theory from the perspective of the user needs, design index decision-making and solutions, so as to meet the demand of the elderly users of steel wardrobe products. The design process is scientific, which provides effective reference to the steel furniture product innovation design for aging people..
