弹性旁承对铁道货车车辆车轮磨耗的影响

摘要:通过对装配有转K2型转向架的C64K敞车进行多刚体动力学建模,运用磨耗系数模型,研究弹性旁承对曲线通过时的车轮踏面和轮缘处的磨耗产生的影响。弹性旁承主要是承载车体重量以及为车辆通过曲线时提供回转阻力矩,会对车辆的整体动力学性能产生影响。在车辆通过曲线时,弹性旁承为车辆提供回转力矩用以抑制车体的摇头以及侧滚姿态,使得车辆可以顺利通过曲线,在此过程中,轮对横移量会受到影响,进而改变踏面及轮缘处的磨耗状态。通过改变弹性旁承的回转阻力矩大小以及车辆载重,计算车辆在通过不同半径曲线时的磨耗情况,由此揭示弹性旁承对车辆磨耗的影响。

Influence of Elastic Side Bearing on Wheel Wear of Railway Freight Car

Abstract:In this paper, the multi rigid body dynamic model of C64K gondola car equipped with Zhuan K2 bogie is established, and the wear coefficient model is used to study the influence of elastic side bearing on the wear of wheel tread and rim during curve passing. The elastic side bearing mainly carries the weight of the car body and provides the turning resistance moment for the vehicle when passing through the curve, which will have an impact on the overall dynamic performance of the vehicle. When the vehicle passes the curve, the elastic side bearing provides the turning moment for the vehicle to restrain the shaking head and roll attitude of the vehicle body, so that the vehicle can pass the curve smoothly. In this process, the lateral displacement of the wheelset will be affected, and then the wear state of the tread and the rim will be changed. By changing the turning resistance moment of the elastic side bearing and the load of the vehicle, we calculate the wear of the vehicle when it passes through the curve with different radius to investigate the influence of the elastic side bearing on the wear of the vehicle.
