具有独立动力源的模块化行动系统通过性仿真分析

摘要:提出一种轮式车辆的模块化行动系统设计思路,即将若干具备动力源的独立行动系统采用铰链串联式连接,研究其通过性表现。首先建立单个模块和两个模块铰接而成的系统的三维模型,其次利用ADAMS设置台阶和正弦起伏两种路面条件,以及四种车轮转速和三种载荷情况,对二者进行通过性对比仿真分析。结果显示,在台阶路面上,单个模块和组合系统的通过性随车速和载荷变化的趋势一致,但是相同工况下组合系统比单个模块的通过性差;在正弦路面上,二者通过性随车速和载荷的变化趋势并不一致,在车轮转速较低(30~60 r/min)时组合系统通过性不如单个模块,但是在车轮转速较高(90~120 r/min)时二者相差不大,该结论可为轮式装甲车辆模块化发展提供基础支持。

Simulation Analysis of Trafficability of Modular Mobile System with Independent Power Source

Abstract:A design idea of modular running system was proposed by connecting several independent running systems with power sources in series with hinges for wheeled vehicles. The trafficability performance of the system was studied. Firstly, three-dimensional models of a single module and the system composed of two modules were established. Secondly, two road conditions, steps and sinusoidal undulations, as well as four speeds and three load conditions, were established with ADAMS, and then the trafficability performance of the single module and the system were compared through simulation analysis. The results show that the trafficability of a single module and the combined system changed consistently with vehicle speed and load on the stepped road. However, the trafficability of the combined system is worse than that of a single module under the same working conditions. On a sinusoidal undulating road, the changing trend of the trafficability of the two is inconsistent with the speed and load. When the wheel speed is low (30~60 r/min), the trafficability of the combined system is not as good as that of a single module, but when the wheel speed is high (90~120 r/min), the difference is not significant. The findings can support the modular development of wheeled armored vehicles.
