天线支撑杆的抗倾覆仿真分析

摘要:研究天线支撑杆在风载作用下的抗倾覆问题。采用有限元软件构建仿真模型,分析在16级风作用下水泥墩对天线支撑杆的抗倾覆影响,讨论了接触面的网格尺寸对计算结果精度的影响,探讨了各种尺寸的方形和圆形水泥墩的抗倾覆结果。研究结果表明:水泥墩的尺寸对天线支撑杆抗倾覆有明显的影响,对比几种工况的仿真结果选出满足设计要求的水泥墩。本文方法适用于天线支撑杆结构的抗倾覆问题,可为同类型天线支撑杆结构的设计提供参考。

Anti-Overturning Simulation Analysis of Antenna Support Bar

Abstract:To study the anti-overturning problem of the antenna support bar under wind load, the FEM analysis software is applied to establish the simulation model. The anti-overturning effect of the cement pier on antenna support bar is analyzed under 16 degree wind load. The effect of the contact mesh size on the accuracy of the calculation result is discussed. The anti-overturning effect of the square cement pier and the columnar cement pier with different size is discussed. The results indicate that the size of the cement pier has a significant effect on the anti-overturning of antenna support bar. The cement pier that meets the design requirements is selected by comparing the results of several working conditions. The method proposed is applicable to the anti-overturning problem of the antenna support bar, and provides reference for the structural design of the same type of the antenna support bar.
