跨座式单轨车辆动力学性能试验研究

摘要:针对某型跨座式单轨车辆,通过在车体和构架上布置加速度传感器,对车辆空载和满载时的加速度数据进行采集,基于GB/T 5599-2019对车辆的运行稳定性、运行品质、平稳性指标和舒适度进行评估。现场试验结果表明:该型车辆在90 km/h速度范围内,转向架未发生失稳现象,车体横向振动加速度和垂向振动加速度均小于2.5 m/s2,横向和垂向平稳性指标均达到优级或良好等级,同时舒适度指标均达到舒适标准。中间车的平稳性较头车差,而头车的乘坐舒适度较中间车差,因此需要综合使用平稳性指标和舒适度指标对乘客乘坐舒适度进行综合评价。总体来说,该跨座式单轨车辆的动力学性能优良,满足设计要求。

Experimental Study on the Dynamic Performance of Straddle Monorail Vehicles

Abstract:For a certain type of straddle-type monorail vehicle, by arranging acceleration sensors on the car body and frame, the acceleration data of the vehicle is collected when the vehicle is empty and fully loaded. Based on the GB/T 5599-2019 standard, the vehicle's running stability, running quality, sperling index and comfort index are evaluated. Field test results show that within the speed range of 90km/h, the bogie has no instability, the acceleration of the lateral and vertical vibration of the vehicle body are both less than 2.5 m/s2, and the lateral and vertical sperling indexes are both reach the excellent or good grade, and the comfort index reach the comfort standard. The stability of the middle car is worse than that of the lead car, and the ride comfort of the lead car is worse than that of the middle car. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively use the stability index and the comfort index to comprehensively evaluate the ride comfort of the passengers. In general, the straddle-type monorail vehicle has excellent dynamic performance and meets the design requirements.
