流固耦合下多路阀换向阀块变形及模态分析

摘要:多路阀广泛应用于重大装备领域中,其性能直接影响整机操纵的舒适性和灵活性。在对多路阀阀体进行分析以提升其性能时,内部流体对阀体的作用效果不容忽视。在ANSYS Workbench中对某型号电液比例负载敏感多路阀换向阀块进行流固耦合分析,得到不同阀口开度下,阀体阀芯在流体稳定流动时的受力、变形以及自身固有频率的变化情况。研究结果表明:随阀口开度的增加,流体对阀体阀芯的作用力逐渐减小,换向阀块的最大变形逐渐减小。阀体阀芯的固有频率在流固耦合后降低,阀体阀芯固有频率减小程度存在差异,各阶固有频率在阀口开度增加中基本保持不变。仿真结果为多路阀在设计与优化环节中确定强度薄弱区和颤振补偿所用信号选取提供参考,有助于提高整机性能。

Deformation and Modal Analysis of Directional Valve Block of Multi-Way Valve under Fluid-Solid Coupling

Abstract:Multi-way valves are used in construction machinery and other major equipment fields. Their performance directly affects the comfort and flexibility in operating the entire machine. In order to improve its performance, the multi-way valve was analyzed and we found that the effect of internal fluid on the valve body could not be ignored. To obtain the effect of the fluid on the valve, the multi-way valve block was analyzed by fluid-solid coupling in ANSYS workbench. The force, the deformation of the valve body and the spool and the change of their natural frequencies were obtained under different valve openings when the fluid flowed stably. The research results show that with the increase of the valve opening, the force of the fluid on the valve core gradually decreases, and the maximum deformation of the reversing valve block gradually decreases. The natural frequency of the valve body and spool decreases after fluid-solid coupling. The reduction of the natural frequency of the valve body and spool is varied, and the natural frequencies of each order remain basically constant as the valve opening increases. The simulation results provide a reference for the design and optimization of multi-way valve in determining the weakened area and the signal used for flutter compensation, which is helpful to improve the performance of the whole machine.
