轻轨车辆回转支承的选型及其对车辆动力学性能的影响

摘要:介绍了回转支承的结构型式,以及影响承载能力和回转阻力矩的因素。并通过仿真计算,分析了不同回转阻力矩对车辆动力学性能影响,分析结果表明:随着回转阻力矩的增加,车辆在直线上的运行性能有明显提升。在曲线上运行时,随着回转阻力矩的增加,车辆的运行安全性有明显降低,特别是在缓圆点处脱轨系数增加了12.5%,轮轴横向力增加了46%。回转支承作为轻轨车辆实现通过最小半径30 m曲线的关键部件,其参数的确定需要结合回转支承的承载能力、车辆运行的线路状态等综合考虑。

Selection of Slewing Bearing for Light Rail Vehicle and its Influence on Vehicle Dynamics Performance

Abstract:This paper studies the structure of the slewing bearing and the factors influencing the bearing capacity and the slewing resistance moment. Through the simulation calculation, the influence of different slewing resistance moment on the vehicle dynamic performance is analyzed. The analysis results show that with the increase of the slewing resistance moment, the running performance of the vehicle on a straight line is obviously improved. When running on the curve, with the increase of the slewing resistance moment, the running safety of the vehicle is significantly reduced. Especially at the point of spiral to curve, the derailment coefficient increases by 12.5%, and the lateral force of the axle increases by 46%. The slewing bearing is a key component for light rail vehicles to pass the curve with a minimum radius of 30m. The design parameters of slewing bearings are decided according to the bearing capacity of the slewing bearing and the line state of the vehicle.
