基于Plant Simulation的白酒包装生产线设计

摘要:为了解决加工设备可能发生故障导致的白酒包装生产线生产效率低下问题,设计一条全自动白酒包装生产线。通过收集加工工艺流程、加工工时、设备故障率等数据,利用Plant Simulation建立了考虑设备故障的仿真模型,全面模拟了生产实施过程。基于试验设计(Design of Experiment,DOE)方法,以产量最高作为试验指标,确定了各工位最小的机器配置数量以及缓存区的最优配置。根据该设计方案研制出的白酒包装生产线,其生产节拍效率能够达到理论最优值,生产线的产能为9.8板/h,满足企业要求。该方法能够有效指导白酒包装生产线的设计问题,提高生产效率约20%,缩短设计开发周期,减少设计和验证成本。

Design of Production Line for Liquor Packaging Based on Plant Simulation

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem of low efficiency of liquor packaging production line caused by failure of processing equipment, a liquor packaging production line was designed. By collecting data of processing procedure, processing time, equipment failure rate and others, a simulation model was established based on Plant Simulation. It took equipment failures into consideration and fully simulated the production implementation process. Based on the design of experiment (DOE) method, and taking the highest output as the test index, the minimum number of machine configurations for each station and the optimal configuration of the buffer area are determined. The liquor packaging production line developed according to the design scheme can achieve the theoretical optimal production efficiency. The production capacity of the line is 9.8 boards/h, meeting the requirements of the enterprise. This method can effectively guide the design of liquor packaging production line, improve the production efficiency by about 20%, shorten the design and development cycle, and reduce the design and verification costs.
