可提升式平台秤秤体的有限元分析与优化设计

摘要:秤体是可提升式平台秤重要的构成要素,目前秤体结构存在重量大、局部刚度差、焊接难度大等问题。通过有限元分析现有方钢结构秤体,得到变形和应力情况,比较理论计算结果与变形位移值,误差仅为1.3%,验证了有限元仿真结果的可靠性。依据有限元分析结果和实际加工情况,提出槽钢结构秤体。通过分析参数敏感性确定优化变量,构建响应面,利用多目标遗传算法对槽钢结构秤体作优化,优化后秤体质量减轻7.7%,焊接工作量降低,力学性能提高,为可提升式平台秤秤体的设计和优化提供了理论依据。

Finite Element Analysis and Optimal Design of Lifting Platform Scale Body

Abstract:The scale body is an important component of the lifting platform scale. In order to solve the problems of the scale body structure such as heavy weight, poor local rigidity, and difficult welding, this paper conducts a finite element analysis and proposes an optimal design scheme. Through the finite element analysis of the existing square steel structure scale body, the deformation and stress conditions are obtained, and the theoretical calculation result is compared with the deformation displacement value. The error is only 1.3%, which verifies the reliability of the finite element simulation result. A channel steel structure scale body is proposed according to the analysis results  and actual processing conditions. First, optimization variables are determined by parameter sensitivity analysis, and response surface is constructed. Then multi-objective genetic algorithm is used for optimization of scale body structure. The weight of the optimized scale body is reduced by 7.7%. Therefore, the welding workload is lessened, and the mechanical performance is improved. The paper provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the lifting platform scale body.
