单轨车辆转向架构架关键位置等效载荷研究

摘要:构架关键位置等效载荷是研究单轨车辆转向架构架载荷的重要因素。本研究首先基于一种新设计的山地单轨车辆,建立山地单轨车辆转向架三维模型。然后在转向架三维模型的基础上,建立山地单轨车辆转向架动力学拓扑关系,并结合车辆零部件参数,通过动力学分析软件UM建立山地单轨车辆动力学仿真模型。最后结合雨流计数法,等效载荷计算方法,总结了不同曲线半径下山地单轨车辆转向架构架关键位置等效载荷的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着曲线半径的增大,右侧导向轮纵、横、垂三个方向的等效载荷在增大,左侧导向轮的等效载荷变化趋势与右侧相反;稳定轮等效载荷的变化趋势与导向轮正好相反;右侧走行轮纵向、垂向等效载荷在增大,横向等效载荷在减小;空气弹簧的横向等效载荷在减小,右侧空簧垂向等效载荷在增大,左侧空簧垂向等效载荷在减小。

Equivalent Load of Key Positions of Monorail Vehicle Bogie Frame

Abstract:The equivalent load of the key positions is an important factor for studying the load of the monorail vehicle bogie frame. Based on a newly designed mountain monorail vehicle,  a three-dimensional model of the bogie is established first, and then  the dynamic topological relationship of the mountain monorail vehicle bogie is established. Combined with the parameters of vehicle parts, the dynamic simulation model of the mountain monorail vehicle is established through the dynamic analysis software UM. Finally, based on rain flow counting method and equivalent load calculation method, the variation law of equivalent load at key positions of the bogie frame under different curve radius is summarized. The results show that with the increase of the radius of the curve, the equivalent load in the longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions of the right guide wheel increases, and the change of the equivalent load of the left guide wheel is opposite to that of the right one. However, the change of the equivalent load of the stabilizing wheel is just opposite to that of the guide wheel. The longitudinal and vertical equivalent load of the right running wheel increases while the transverse equivalent load decreases. When the lateral equivalent load of the air spring is decreasing, the vertical equivalent load of the right air spring is increasing and that of the left air spring is decreasing.
