基于逆向工程的减速器箱盖修复及3D打印应用研究

摘要:以减速器箱盖为例,研究了基于逆向工程技术及3D打印技术的减速器箱盖修复及制造方法。利用三维扫描仪对箱盖进行点云数据采集,通过Geomagic软件对点云数据进行处理及重建,基于最小凸包法对箱盖模型进行孔洞修复,构建完整的减速器箱盖的三维模型,从而3D打印出减速器箱盖实物模型。结果表明,运用逆向工程技术可以构建复杂曲面,弥补传统设计制造方法的缺陷,有效缩短工艺周期。此方法对于复杂模型的设计制造具有一定的参考意义。

Research on Repair of Reducer Box Cover Based on Reverse Engineering and 3D Printing Application

Abstract:This article takes the reducer box cover as an example to study the repair and manufacturing methods of the reducer box cover based on reverse engineering technology and 3D printing technology. A three- dimensional scanner is used to collect the point cloud data on the cover of the box. The point cloud data is processed and reconstructed by the Geomagic software. On the basis of the minimum convex hull method, the holes of the box cover model are repaired and a complete three-dimensional model of the reducer box cover is constructed so as to 3D print the physical model of the reducer box. The results show that the application of reverse engineering technology can construct complex curved surfaces, solve the defects of traditional design and manufacturing methods, and effectively shorten the process cycle. This method provides certain reference for the design and manufacturing of complex models.
