轻型磁浮车辆小半径曲线通过性能研究

摘要:为了分析轻型磁浮车辆在景区应用的可行性,开展了车辆的小半径曲线通过性能研究。首先,进行车辆曲线通过几何分析,计算悬浮架实现解耦以及车体之间不发生运动干涉的条件;然后,采用SIMPACK与SIMULINK联合仿真建立车辆的机电耦合动力学模型,分析轻型磁浮车辆在50 m半径曲线上的动态响应;最后,评估其曲线通过性能。结果表明:车辆通过50 m半径曲线时,悬浮架实现解耦的条件是防侧滚梁绕其端部旋转约3.7°;车体之间间隙最小值约230 mm,故车体之间不会发生运动干涉;车辆具有较好的小半径曲线通过能力,影响车辆最小通过速度的因素是悬浮架与轨道之间的横向间隙,影响其最大通过速度的因素是旅客的乘坐舒适性。因此,为兼顾车辆的运行安全性与旅客的乘坐舒适性,建议车辆的最佳曲线通过速度为20~25 km/h。

Small Radius Curve Negotiation Performance of a Light Maglev Vehicle

Abstract:A study on the small radius curve negotiation performance of vehicles is conducted to analyze the feasibility of application of light maglev vehicles in scenic spots. Based on the geometric and kinematics relationships, conditions for decoupling levitation frame and for no movement interference between vehicle bodies were analyzed. A dynamics curving model was developed by using SIMPACK and SIMULINK to simulate the response of vehicle on 50 m radius curve. Finally, curve negotiation performance was evaluated. The results show that condition for decoupling the levitation frame is that the anti-roll beam rotates about 3.7° when the vehicle passes the 50 m radius curve. The minimum clearance between car bodies is about 230 mm, and there will be no movement interference. The vehicle has good ability to pass with a small radius curve. The factor affecting the minimum passing speed of the vehicle is the transverse clearance between the frame and the track, and the factor affecting the maximum passing speed is the passenger's ride comfort. Therefore, in order to take into account the safety of vehicle operation and the comfort of passengers, it is recommended that the optimal curve passing speed of vehicles is 20~25 km/h.
