多轴联动蒸发器管精密螺旋缠绕设备的设计

摘要：蒸发器是制冷系统的主要换热装置，一般采用绕管式蒸发器，常由铝管或铜管沿着内胆螺旋缠绕而成。本文针对D型蒸发器管，以机电一体化技术、伺服驱动技术、多轴协同控制技术及机械设计理论为基础，设计了一种智能缠绕设备。该设备具有自动送料、自动螺旋缠绕、无摩擦复合输送等功能。其中自动送料方案的设计中包含纠偏组件结构、牵拉组件结构、剪切结构、压D型结构的设计，缠绕运动设计中包含缠绕平台和高效转模的设计。为实现实时变速铜蒸发器管无摩擦复合输送，研究了铜蒸发器管的输送速度控制。该设备有利于D型蒸发器管的推广应用。

Design of Precision Spiral Winding Equipment of Multi-Axis Linkage Evaporator Tubes

Abstract：The evaporator is the main heat exchange device of the refrigeration system, which is generally a coiled tube evaporator, usually made of aluminum tubes or copper tubes wound along the inner liner. Aiming at the D-type evaporator tube, an intelligent winding device based on the electromechanical integration technology, the servo drive technology, the multi axis collaborative control technology and the mechanical design theory is designed in this paper. The equipment has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic spiral winding, frictionless composite conveying, etc. The design of automatic feeding scheme includes the design of deviation rectifying component structure, pulling component structure, shearing structure and pressing D-type structure, and the design of winding motion includes the design of winding platform and efficient mold transfer. In order to realize the real-time variable speed and frictionless composite transportation of copper evaporator tubes, the transportation speed control of copper evaporator tubes is studied. This equipment is beneficial to the popularization and application of D-type evaporator tubes.
