振动诊断技术在给排水设备状态维修中的应用研究

摘要：应用机械故障诊断技术，推行具有高度预知性的设备状态维修，是当前设备管理现代化的精髓和关键所在。对此，结合企业现状，本着“技术合理、经济性好、实践可行”的原则，同时考虑了给排水设备的自身特点，有针对性地选择了目前在故障诊断技术中居主导地位的振动诊断，作为推行状态维修的重要技术手段。通过科学制定振动诊断策略，合理安排相应实施步骤，由此掌握设备技术状态，指导维修方式由过去的事后维修、计划预修向主动维修过渡，从而增强了设备运行的可靠性，提高了设备的综合效率，降低了寿命周期费用。

Abstract：The application of mechanical fault diagnosis technology, and the implementation of condition-based maintenance that having highly predictability, are the essence and the key of modern equipment management in the current. To this, combining with enterprise's present situation, according to the principle of “the technology is reasonable, the cost is economic, the practice is feasible”, and considering the characteristics of the water supply and drainage equipments, the vibration diagnosis which is occupying the dominant position of fault diagnosis technology at present is chosen pertinently，as an important technology method of the implementation of condition-based maintenance. Through scientific formulation of vibration diagnosis strategies and reasonable arrangement of the corresponding implementation steps, the technical states of equipments are mastered, and the maintenance mode is translated from breakdown maintenance and planned preventive maintenance to proactive maintenance, which ensure that increasing the reliability of the equipment operation, improving overall equipment effectiveness, and reducing the life cycle cost.
