基于嵌入式技术的电气系统便携式故障检测仪

摘要：将基于嵌入式技术的PDA和虚拟仪器技术应用于工程机械电气系统的现场检测与故障诊断中，介绍了检测仪的检测方案，阐述了检测仪的功能及软件的设计与实现。该检测仪由PDA、背夹和NI－4050组成，可以对工程机械的电路和电子元器件进行检测，可将检测数据进行记录并上传回服务器，供维修专家做出进一步的诊断处理。检测仪可以广泛应用于工程机械和车辆的电控系统中，大大提高了电控系统故障的检测与诊断能力。

Portable fault testing device of electronic and electric system based on embedded system

Abstract：The embedded technology-based PDA and virtual instrument technology are applied to the field testing trouble diagnosis of electronic control system of engineering machinery. The functional architecture, design and implementation of hardware and software program of the testing device are presented. The device consists of PDA, accessories of PDA and NI-4050. It can be used to test of circuit and electronic device as well as to offer diagnostic and maintenance suggestions. The data can be read or transferred to the server for further solution by experts. The testing device can be widely used in the electronic control system of engineering machinery and vehicles, thus greatly improving the fault detecting and diagnostic capacities for electronic control system.
