作动器性能检测实验系统的设计与研究

摘要:研究了一种作动器直线位移检测的新方法,克服了传统直尺检测方法精确度不高和读数误差大的缺点。研制出利用直线位移传感器KPC1-KPC6及数据采集卡PCI1711的作动器行程检测系统,该系统用VB程序为基础程序软件进行编程,经过A/D转换及多重数据处理,及时得到位移位置,可满足检测精度要求、实现电子化读数和输出,达到了更高的效率及稳定性。

Abstract:A new method of linear actuator displacement detection was studied in this paper. The shortcomings of traditional ruler detection methods were overcome. A actuator travel detection system which uses linear displacement sensor KPC1-KPC6 and data collecting card PCI1711 was developed. The system is programmed with software which is based on VB programming. After A/D conversion and the multiple data processing, displacement position are timely obtained and meet the precision requirement, realize electronic reading and output, achieve higher efficiency and stability.
