基于Geomagic和Catia软件的重卡保险杠拖钩门数模重建

摘要:以保险杠拖钩门为研究对象,介绍逆向工程的含义及其工作流程。首先对拖钩门利用三维激光扫描仪器进行测量,获取点云数据;其次在Geomagic软件中对点云数据进行处理、曲面重建并通过参数交换使数据在Catia软件共享,对数据进行三维实体建模,从而为拖钩门提供实体数据。应用实例表明,该方法充分利用两大软件优势,以参数交换器为桥梁,解决了逆向工程软件建模和CAD软件点云处理能力弱的问题。研究表明,充分结合两大软件的优势,能有效的提高产品设计的速度与质量,进而缩短产品的研发周期,增强企业竞争力。

Model reconstruction of heavy truck bumper hitch gate
based on geomagic and catia software

Abstract:In this paper using bumper hitch gate as the research object, introduces the definition and the work flow of reverse engineering. Firstly, geometrical surfaces of hitch gate were measured by three-dimensional scanner and point date were obtained. Secondly, date processing of point cloud, reconstuction of curved surface were completed in the Geomagic software and through parameter exchange of data in Catia software sharing. And then three-dimensional solid modeling was established in software, so as to provide entity data of hitch gate .Application examples show that, this method makes full use of advantage of two software, using parameter exchanger for the bridge, to solve the software reverse engineering modeling and CAD software point cloud processing ability is weak problem. The research indicates that the advantage of two software can be used sufficiently. It can effectively improve product design speed and quality, and shorten the product development cycle, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
