基于威布尔模型的舰炮武器预防性维修系统构建与优化

摘要：针对复杂的舰炮武器构建一种新的预防性维修系统，按照维修计划、硬件失效、子系统FMECA、重要功能决断、维修任务评估和确定维修间隔期六个步骤详细分析了系统工作过程；给出了预防性维修能实际应用的条件，并通过基于威布尔分布的失效数据分析来确定系统的预防性维修间隔期。最后给出的算例中，对于收集的失效数据，在确定的恢复性维修费用与预防性维修费用比例下，利用威布尔模型优化预防性维修间隔期，结果表明预防性维修相对于恢复性维修具有良好的经济效果。

Study on the construction for the preventive maintenance system of naval gun weapon system

Abstract：A new preventive maintenance system was constructed in suit with complicated naval gun weapon, and its working process was analysed detailedly according to six steps as maintenance plan, hardware failure, subsystem FMECA, key function resolution, maintenance mission evaluation and maintenance interval confirmation. The conditions for practical application of preventive maintenance was presented and the preventive maintenance intervals were decided by analysing failuring data based on Weibull distribution. The preventive maintenance interval was optimized with the use of Weibull model under certain proportion between the costs of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance in the numerical example given at last and it shown the economic validity of preventive maintenance.
