产品材料与工艺知识库的建立方法研究

摘要：分析了产品材料与工艺设计中知识的主要内容，对知识进行了分类。分析了质感设计的本质，得出将材料质感的感性特征作为知识组织与表现的关键因素的结论，提出引入感性特征的定性与定量描述到知识的描述和表现形式中。讨论了知识的组织原则，提出了基于知识之间逻辑结构的知识组织方法，并列举了典型组织案例。最后根据设计知识的图形化显示需求，提出了质感图形应用对象的产品结构。

Research on construction of knowledge base for product materials and processing techniques

Abstract：The main content of knowledge for product materials and processing techniques design is discussed, also its classification. Then the essence of material texture design is discussed, which concludes that experience characteristic of materials is vital for the organization and presentation of knowledge, and the qualitative and quantitative description should be introduced into it too. The principles of organizing the knowledge are discussed, then an organization pattern based on knowledge logical structure is introduced. Some examples are given. Finally, for the need of visualization for design knowledge, a product structure for texture image application is introduced.
