Reliability evaluation of integrated process of production systems
based on matter-element analysis

Abstract:Aim at the problem that it is difficult to evaluate the reliability factor in the construction of the integrated process of production systems, in this paper, based on the analysis of the integrated process of production systems’ characteristic, build a reliability factors indicators of the integrated process of production systems, use the Matter-element analysis to build an integrated production system reliability evaluation model for the process. Finally, verify the effectiveness of the matter-element analysis model and algorithms in the integrated process of production systems reliability evaluation by analyzing the actual engineering case, provide a reasonable and feasible evaluation method for the integrated process of production systems project reliability evaluation.
