基于ABAQUS的某型舰炮托架强度校核

摘要:某型舰炮炮架采用了新型材料,为保证射击安全,需要对该托架进行强度校核。首先基于托架三维CAD模型,根据设计及实际情况,对模型进行了几何简化处理;然后,采用ABAQUS软件建立了托架的有限元模型;最后,通过加载惯性力模拟舰炮在海洋中的摆动情况,进行了有限元强度分析,得到了托架在关键部位的应力变化曲线,对其进行了强度校核。

AbstractBecause the new material was used for the naval gun carriage, and the strength check analysis must be put up for the shooting safety. Firstly, based on the CAD model of the bracket and the design data, the geometry simplification of the model was made. Sceondly, the FEM model of the bracket was built with the FEM software ABAQUS, and the FEM strength analysis was made. Finaly, to simulate the swing influence when the naval gun is on the ocean, the inertia force was loaded, and the stress curve for the key positon was obtained, and the strenth check was made for the bracket.
