基于单片机的多路数据采集和CAN通信系统设计

摘要:针对传统数据采集系统设计效率低、成本高的问题,提出了基于集成A/D转换器和CAN控制器的C8051F040单片机,采用动态控制模拟输入量进入内置A/D转换器,并通过微处理单元进行数据处理和存储,以及运用内部集成CAN控制器进行数据的传输,从原理图设计到电路板开发,经过软硬件的调试,实现了多路数据采集和CAN网络通讯相结合的功能。该设计产品体积小,功能强,应用范围广泛,有很好的应用和发展前景。

Abstract:This data acquisition system designed for traditional low efficiency, high cost of the issue, based on the integrated A/D converter and CAN controller C8051F040 microcontroller, analog input dynamic control into the built-in A/D converter, and through micro-processing unit for data processing and storage, as well as the use of integrated CAN controller for data transmission, from schematic design to the board development, through hardware and software debugging, to achieve a multi-channel data acquisition and combination of CAN network communication functions. The design of the product small, powerful, wide range of applications, there is a good application and development prospects.
