锅炉灭火保护可靠性分析及改进

摘要：锅炉燃烧系统是火电厂的核心系统之一，燃烧系统是否可靠直接影响到火电厂的安全稳定运行。而对燃烧系统影响最大的就是给粉系统、火检系统。同时锅炉FSSS系统如果不够完善可靠，则易引起主辅设备的误动或拒动，也会对燃烧系统造成重要的影响。燃烧系统如果发生故障，在异常工况下将导致设备损坏或人员伤亡事故。为了确保燃烧系统的完善和可靠运行，结合乌海热电厂两年来燃烧系统在运行维护中暴露出来的问题及其中隐含的不合理之处，从热工角度研究探讨并进行改善和优化。

Abstract：boiler combustion system is the core system of thermal power plant, the combustion system is reliable and directly affects the safe and stable operation of thermal power plant. The combustion system is the biggest impact to the powder system, fire detection system. At the same time the boiler FSSS system if not perfect and reliable, is easy to cause the main and auxiliary equipment malfunction or reject action, also had a significant effect on combustion system. Combustion system if a fault occurs, the abnormal conditions will cause equipment damage or casualties. In order to ensure that the combustion system perfect and reliable operation, this article unifies the Wuhai thermal power plant two years combustion system in operation and maintenance of exposed problems and hidden from view of unreasonable, thermal study and improvement and optimization.
