一种新型数字式电子桌面秤软件系统设计

摘要:为了满足桌面秤人机交互简单、使用灵活、便于维护的需求,设计了一种基于STC89C516RD+的数字式电子桌面秤软件系统。主要介绍了数字式电子桌面秤的软件系统功能分析、软件流程及其核心功能模块设计。软件系统中通过采用平均滤波算法、构建具有多级菜单和多层屏幕的显示模块以及合理定义串口通信数据包格式,保证输出结果的稳定性,增加系统使用的灵活性,提高数据传输的可靠性。整个软件系统突出模块化设计,提高了软件系统的开发效率,节约了系统资源。根据GB/T 7723-2002《固定式电子秤》测试和标定表明,软件系统操作灵活,具有很好的可读性和可维护性,数字式电子桌面秤所有称重技术指标均达到国家标准III级等级。

The software system design of a new type digital electronic desktop

Abstract:A kind of software system of desktop scale based on STC89C516RD+ is designed in order to meet the requirements of flexible operations and maintenance of the desktop scale. The function analysis of software system, software process and its core function modules design are mainly described. The data output stability was guaranteed by using the average filtering algorithm, constructing multilevel menu and multilayer screen module and reasonably difining the serial communication data packet format. Accordingly, the flexibility of the system as well as the reliability of the data transmission is significantly increased. The design of modularity is highlighted in the entire soft system to improve the efficiency of the software system development and save the system resources. The whole system is tested and calibrated according to the ‘stationary electronic scale GB/T 7723-2002, and it shows that the whole system reachs the national standard grade III level with flexible operations of software system, excellent readability and maintainability.
