基于食品安全的生鲜产品供应商再评价研究

摘要:针对生鲜产品的安全保障问题,根据供应商评价的QCDS原则,分别从质量、成本、交货、服务四个方面对生鲜产品供应商食品安全保障能力的评价指标进行了分析和设计,同时,论文运用适合定量考察的层次分析法(AHP)构建了生鲜产品供应商安全再评估的系统结构模型和流程模型,便于决策者能够更好更快地进行再评估。最后,论文结合实例对该体系和方法的实用性及有效性进行了验证。

Abstract:Based on the principle of QCDS for supplier evaluation, the paper analysis and design the evaluation indicator ,which is from quality, cost, delivery, service four aspects, to evaluate the the ability of fresh products supplier’s food-security. At the same time, this paper apply analytic hierarchy process (ahp) which is quantitatively more suitable for the investigation to construct the system structure model and process model of fresh products supplier evaluation, thus can facilitate decision makers make a better and faster evaluation. Finally, paper verify the practical applicability of the evaluation indicator system and method by a application case.
