摘要:针对传统的污水净化系统鼓风机控制方式费电、效率低和及时性都得不到保障的现状,构建了基于ZigBee无线通信技术的无线电动机控制系统。该系统的中央监控计算机根据鼓风量量调节要求发送控制命令给ZigBee网络的终端节点。终端节点通过串口转发控制命令给控制模块。控制模块通过调整单位时间内通过电动机的交流电周期个数来调整电动机的转速。结果表明此控制系统能够及时地精确地控制鼓风机的鼓风量及鼓风机的开关等功能,完全满足要求。

Research of motor control system based on ZigBee

Abstract:As the traditional manual controlling blower method has many shortcomings such as electricity-consuming, low efficiency and timeliness, the wireless motor control system based on ZigBee wireless communication technology is constructed. The central monitoring computer of this system is able to send control commands to the terminal node of ZigBee network according to blast volume control requirements. The terminal node forwards control commands through the serial port to the control module. Motor control module adjust the motor speed through adjust the unit time’s number of AC cycle.The result shows that this control system can precisely and timely control blower’s blast volume and blower switching and other functions, fully meet the requirements.
