基于SolidEdge解决零件间匹配连接设计问题

摘要:在产品设计或者改造过程中,外形设计往往有工业设计师提供,如何将这个外形与现有的零件外形匹配得天衣无缝将关系到产品设计的成败。如果两个零件做出模具件后发现它们之间有干涉,有时可以修复模具,有时则可能导致模具的报废。既影响了项目的进度,又浪费了资金。借助三维软件SolidEdge分别对相关的两零件进行造型,完成造型后,将两个零件按照装配关系进行正确的装配。然后对相匹配的两个零件进行布尔运算,从而有效地解决了两个零件之间正确匹配问题。

Solution the mate connection problems based on Solidedge software

Abstract:During the development and innovation of the productions, the appearance of the productions is usually designed by industrial designers. It‘s important to come true that the related contiguous parts connection match perfectly. After the moulds of some plastic parts or cast aluminum are finished, occasionally we find that the interference occurs among the contiguous parts. Sometimes the mould is able to be modified according to the designer’s purpose. Sometimes the finished mould isn’t able to be repaired and turns into trash finally. This will affect the progress of the project and waste the funds. We can design the related parts by 3D-software Solidedge. After the prototype of related parts are finished creating, we assemble the related parts in Solidedge Assemble Environment according to correct assembly relation. And then Boolean calculation will be apply between the two contiguous parts. The correct mate connection between the two parts is solved perfectly.
