60 t铜排拉拔机液压缸的设计与分析

摘要:连续挤压生产出的铜排,需要通过拉拔机进行拉拔,以达到使其硬化和改善表面质量的目的。液压缸是液压拉拔机的重要部分,为拉拔提供动力。而这种液压缸长径比大于40,由于其自重产生的挠度会对液压缸的工作产生影响。传统设计长行程液压缸多是参照液压缸设计手册。对液压缸长径比小于40可行,但是对于液压缸长径比大于40的并不适用。采用联动方程对60 t液压拉拔机的液压缸进行设计与分析,使其满足工作要求。这种方法不但对60 t液压缸适用,同时适用其它吨位长行程的液压缸。

Abstract:Continuous extrusion of copper produced, drawing through drawing machine,To harden and to achieve the purpose of improving surface quality. Hydraulic cylinder is an important part of the drawing machine, providing the impetus for the drawing. However, this hydraulic cylinder diameter ratio greater than 40, Therefore, the deflection due to weight of the hydraulic cylinder will impact on the work. Traditional design long-stroke hydraulic cylinder hydraulic cylinder general reference design manual. Aspect ratio of the hydraulic cylinder is less than 40 viable.But for the hydraulic cylinder aspect ratio greater than 40 do not apply.In this paper, the linkage equation of 60-ton hydraulic drawing, the hydraulic cylinder design and analysis to meet the job requirements. This approach not only applies to 60-ton hydraulic cylinder, also apply to other tonnage, long-stroke hydraulic cylinder.
