摘要:转台式圆度仪是一种用于测量圆度、圆柱度、同轴度等参数的仪器。传统的使用圆度仪测量半径的方法由于操作繁琐、定位精度低,已不适用于大批量生产检测。提出了一种新的测量工装,具有结构简单、使用方便等特点。实践证明,使用新的工装辅助圆度仪进行内孔半径的测试,可以对工件进行较精确的定位,充分发挥圆度仪的精准性,有效避免了因定位误差导致需要重新调整工件位置的困扰,显著提高测量定位精度及工作效率。

Design of roundness measuring instrument auxiliary tooling

Abstract:Turntable roundness measuring instrument can use to measure roundness, cylindricity, concentricity and other parameters. The traditional method of measuring radius with roundness measuring instrument because of complicated operation and low positioning accuracy, does not apply to high-volume production testing. A new measuring tooling with simple structure and easy to use is presented. The test result shows that using the new auxiliary tooling to measure bore radius can achieve more accurate positioning and give full play to the accuracy of the roundness measuring. Meanwhile, it can effectively avoid the trouble due to positioning errors. So, it can significantly improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency.
