摘要:TCA(Transheat Controlled Atmosphere)系列高温马弗炉结构复杂,对炉身材料要求严格。利用CAD技术,给出了高温马弗炉的自顶向下设计方法。在材料上,选择了耐高温性能优异的镍合金材料Inconel 601作为主体材料,及不锈钢304作为次要材料。在结构设计上,利用Pro/E的布局模块,完成了马弗炉的结构布局。根据关键尺寸创建了马弗炉的骨架模型。运用Pro/E复制和发布几何功能完成了各个马弗炉零件的建模。通过以Pro/E为设计平台并采用自顶向下设计方法完成的高温马弗炉设计过程,极大提高了高温马弗炉的设计效率。

Top-down design of high temperature muffle based on the Pro/E

Abstract:The series of TCA(Transheat Controlled Atmosphere) high-temperature muffle furnace’s structure is complicated and the furnace’s body demands high quality material. Using of CAD technology, given the high temperature muffle furnace top-down design methodology. Inconel 601 is chosen which have outstanding high-temperature performance as the main material, and stainless steel 304 as a secondary material. In the structural design, layout module of Pro/E is used to complete the structural layout of the muffle furnace. Based on critical dimensions created a skeleton model of the muffle furnace. By the Pro/E’s function to copy and distribute geometric, completed the muffle furnace parts modeling. Using the Pro/E design platform and the top-down design approach to complete of the design process of high temperature muffle furnace, greatly improved the efficiency of the design of high temperature muffle furnace.
