基于Pro/E的装载机工作装置参数化设计系统

摘要:装载机工作装置零件的设计水平直接影响装载机性能的好坏。为提高工作装置的设计效率和优化装载机的系列化设计,以ZL50G型装载机为研究对象,使用VC语言对Pro/E进行二次开发,通过约束设计和参数设计,得到了该装载机工作装置参数化设计系统。运行该系统,可以生成一个设计平台,在设计工作装置各零件时,输入不同的参数值即可生成不同的三维模型,通过比较这些模型,最终确定最佳的设计方案。最后以动臂板为例介绍了系统的运行情况,说明这种设计系统是有效和可靠的。

Parametric design system of working device of loader based on Pro/E

Abstract:The design of working device parts directly affect the performance of a loader. In order to enhance the design efficiency and optimize serial design of loader, with the consulting object ZL50G loader, this paper uses C language to conduct secondary development of Pro/E software, by using constraint design and parameter design,the parametric design system of working device of loader is carried out. Run this system, a flat of design would be created. When you design a part, you can input various parameters and then it will create various three-dimensional models, you can compare these models and pick out the best of them .In the last, an example of boom board of loader is illustrated to introduce the running course of the system and to prove this system is effective and reliable.
