Design of three-dimensional visualization assembly process based on UG-CAD

Abstract£ºAssembly process of 3D visualization based on UG-CAD is a new process with the product design and information of assembly process can be displayed with 3D visualization graphics by using 3D assembly graph and this new method can make workman intuitively know the assembly relation and comprehend assembly process of products.   The design environment and process and application feasibility and effectiveness of assembly process of 3D visualization based on UG-CAD are discussed in detail. Through the application of proven and compared with the traditional assembly methods, the time for workman to know the 2D graph and literal process route can be reduced and the exception can be greatly avoided. The accuracy and efficiency of assembly work can be also improved..
