基于ANSYS的大型立式中空玻璃合片机板压板有限元分析

摘要:板压板是大型立式中空玻璃合片机的关键构件之一,板压板平面度、两板之间平行度直接影响中空玻璃合片效果。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对板压板在常规矩形玻璃、三角形玻璃合片时进行力学仿真分析。最大应力发生在螺栓连接处,数量级数为10e4,对比最小应力成几何倍数增长,说明在螺栓连接处出现应力集中现象。最大位移发生在玻璃与板压板接触中心,约为0.02 mm。

The finite-element analysis of the hollow glass laminator based on the ANSYS

Abstract:The platen is a crucial part of the hollow glass laminator.It's planeness and parallelism effect the result of laminating. This paper by finite element software ANSYS established the mechanical simulation model of the platen when laminating Rectangular glass, Triangle glass. The quantity series of aximum stress is about 10e4, compared to the minimum stress as the geometric growth Quantity series The result showed that the joint of platen and supporting frame created a stress concentration. The maximum displacement occurred in the Contact center about 0.02 mm.
