基于有限元的秸秆压块机主轴箱体的热应变分析

摘要:基于热传导及热弹性力学的指示,利用三维建模软件Pro/E 4.0建立了压块机主轴箱体在工作状态下的稳态温度场和热变形的三维热分析有限元模型。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了其在稳态热平衡状态下的温度分布情况及变形特点,并通过理论计算验证了有限元分析的可靠性。通过对压块机主轴箱体的这种热变形分析研究,为压块机主轴箱体的设计提供了参考依据。

Thermal strain analysis of straw briquetting machine spindle box based on finite element method

Abstract:Based on the heat exchange and heat the instructions of elastic mechanics, using 3D modeling software PRE4.0 established briquetting machine spindle box in the working status of the steady temperature field and thermal deformation of 3D finite element model of thermal analysis. Using finite element analysis software ANSYS in its analysis of the steady state thermal equilibrium temperature distribution and deformation characteristics, and through the theoretical calculation to verify the reliability of finite element analysis. Through to the press block machine spindle box of this hot deformation analysis research, for briquetting machine spindle box design provides the reference.
