摘要：产品质量和生产成本是一对效益背反问题，在综合考虑产品质量和生产成本的基础上建立了柔性生产车间调度问题模型。产品生产成本在传统考虑因素基础上，增加了工件线边库存使用费用。机床加工合格率对产品质量有很大影响，模型中设计了一种考虑机床加工合格率影响的产品质量评判标准。提出了产品质量和生产成本的适应度函数，设计了一种改进的遗传算法，算法中引入了一种新颖的编码方法，及选择、交叉和变异算子，对建立的模型进行求解。最后，结合算例，验证了模型和算法的有效性。

Research on flexible job-shop scheduling problem considering production cost and product quality

Abstract：Product quality and production costs are a couple of benefit-opposite problem. In considering the product quality and production costs, a model of flexible job-shop scheduling problem is established. Parts line-side inventory costs is added to the production costs in its traditional Machine passing rate has a significant impact on product quality. Its impact on the product quality is considered in this model as a criterion. Proposed a fitness function on product quality and production costs. An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model, the algorithm introduced a novel encoding method, and the selection, crossover and mutation operator to solve the model. Finally, the model and algorithm are validated to be effectively by calculating a example.
